VO2MAX is a fitness and wellness tool. It is not a medical device, healthcare provider, emergency service, and does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition.

Information shown by the Service—including VO₂ max, heart-rate zones, recovery information, workout analysis, training load, and adaptive recommendations—may be incomplete, delayed, or inaccurate. It must not be treated as medical advice or used for diagnosis, treatment, medication, or emergency decisions.

Consult a qualified healthcare professional before starting or changing an exercise program, especially if you have a medical condition, are pregnant, take medication, have been inactive, experience unexplained symptoms, or have been advised to restrict exercise.

Stop exercising and seek immediate medical assistance for chest pain, fainting, severe dizziness, unusual shortness of breath, sudden weakness, or any other serious or concerning symptom. Do not rely on VO2MAX or Apple Watch to identify or respond to an emergency.

Heart-rate targets and workout recommendations are general guidance. Conditions, medications, sensor fit, environment, and device limitations can affect measurements. You remain responsible for exercising within your abilities and surroundings.

You use the Service and follow its recommendations at your own risk, subject to rights and remedies that cannot legally be excluded.
