Common questions
Can I use VO2MAX without an account?
Yes. Accept the legal documents on the first screen and tap Continue without account. Your plan and workout history remain local to your iPhone and paired Apple Watch. You can register later with Sign in with Apple from Profile → Settings → Account without replacing that local plan.
My plan is not appearing on Apple Watch
- Keep iPhone and Apple Watch nearby with Bluetooth and Wi-Fi enabled.
- Open VO2MAX on iPhone once, then open the Watch app again.
- Confirm that VO2MAX is installed in the Watch app on iPhone and that both devices use the same Apple Account.
- If the plan still does not appear, restart both devices and contact support.
Health or workout data is missing
Open Settings → Apps → Health → Data Access & Devices → VO2MAX and confirm the requested read and write permissions. Route and distance recording also require Location access on Apple Watch during outdoor runs.
Notifications are not arriving
Open VO2MAX → Profile → Settings → Notifications and enable reminders. Also confirm notifications for VO2MAX in iPhone Settings. Workout-completion notifications may arrive after the Watch has synchronized with iPhone.
How do I restore VO2MAX Pro?
Open the VO2MAX Pro screen and tap Restore purchases. Active subscriptions are managed in Settings → Apple Account → Subscriptions on iPhone.
How do I delete my account?
Open VO2MAX → Profile → Settings → Account → Delete account. This removes the VO2MAX account and its server registration, clears local app data, removes app-created calendar events and pending notifications, and signs you out. Health data already saved in Apple Health is managed separately in the Health app.
If you chose Continue without account, no server account exists. Use VO2MAX → Profile → Settings → Account → Clear Local Data and Exit to remove the local plan, workout history, route previews, preferences, pending notifications, app-created calendar events, and the plan synchronized to Apple Watch. This does not remove Apple Health records or cancel an App Store subscription.
